I enjoyed the free laundry service. It helped me pack lighter. The hotel location is convenient for catching free buses into the city. I saw staff assist guests with tourist information on many occasions. i also appreciate that i got a king room instead of a QUEEN room.
The air conditioning system was a little NOISY.

The location offered convenient access to the Swan River, Quay, and Hay Street shopping areas. My room had a balcony with a park view. The breakfast area had friendly staff each morning (they were helpful).
The room did not include toothbrushes, and I had to request them at reception. The air conditioning was a traditional type, without a remote control. Housekeeping did not clean my room one day even though I had requested it.

the room had a good size it featured a comfortable bed i liked that the shower was separate from the bath.
i had some issues the temperature in the room seemed hard to control it was either too cold or too hot despite adjustments i also noticed there were only two towels provided initially even though four guests were expected the additional towels were promptly delivered when i requested them.
